The maximum and minimum chance of a hit is determined by comparing the HAPPINESS parameter between the two players. Maximum chance to hit is 90% + difference of happiness / 5. This means that even with more agility from the opponent we can have a maximum chance of hitting 88% with a difference of 10 luck in his favor. The minimum chance of a hit is 10% + difference of happiness / 5.
Happiness does not directly affect the chance of a hit, it only sets the minimum and maximum hit limit.
Limit for max chance to hit (by opponent) modified by luck to 15%. Meaning: You can not be lucky to lower your chance of hitting less than 15%.
Limit for chance to hit (by player) modified by happiness to 70%. That is: our MINIMUM chance to hit (eg with 0 and 0 spost) can not be higher than 70%.
With a luck bonus, the maximum chance of a hit can not exceed 99% and the minimum chance of a hit can not fall below 1%.

They are checked prior to the calculation of the hit, if our character has a dodge bonus, then before each attack is checked whether we succeeded in dodging, in case of success the attack fails, in case of defeat is checked whether the opponent hit us.

il est à 0% et à 1 touche près il monterait à 5% seulement ce qui est loin du mini théorique de 10%
